Pastor Martinez Stephens is the Senior Pastor at House of Prayer.

Martinez attended Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana where he received a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. He has now obtained a Master’s in Theological Studies.

Martinez was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and has been a resident of Niles, Michigan for over 14 years. He found Christ at a young age and knew early on he was called into ministry. Martinez’s role in leadership began in areas of ministry that allowed him to influence and impact the youth in several ways. 

His devotion to serving others and his eagerness to be used as a vessel by God has fueled his energetic teaching and preaching style. His open and forward communication method along with his ability to encourage others are God given talents, that he utilizes to strengthen the people of God. He is supported in the ministry by his wife Ashley Stephens and their four children. Martinez is excited God chose him to teach and lead people to Christ.
